The location of the hotel (10 mins walk from Vivo city mall); the behavior of the staff; the cleanliness were all great.

There was no breakfast. Location to where I wanted to go was very good.

There’s no window which I didn’t expect! For 1 night stay was good.

Mold castle for great price

Price, location, value.

There's a lot of MOLD in the walls, thus it stinks of wet socks. The reception did not tell us to never turn off the AC, which dehumidifies the room, so we naturally turned it off. This caused our clothing to stink for several days, until it was twice washed.

3 Nights Stay from 19 Aug to 22 Aug

1. Helpful & friendly reception staff. They provide good info & helpful services. 2. Clean & comfortable room. 3. Very nice view from my room window. 4. Good location for walks to Mount Faber. 5. Convenience stores nearby with 7-Eleven next door & Cheers across the road at petrol kiosk. 6. Bus stop out in front with buses to Vivo City shopping mall & Seah Im food centre just 2 stops away. 7. MRT station just 1 bus stop away.

1. Air-con. Not cooling. Especially after taking a walk & returning to room. Set fan to high & temperature to 22degC it's still not cooling. 2. Noise. I stay in room 204. On 21 Aug from 1.00am to 1.10am, very loud continuous talking by a man & a woman. From 1.45am to 2.15am, a lot of doors kept banging & banging.

Small Scale Hotel Tucked Away In Nice & Quiet Residential Neighbourhood

Rooms - specifically the large rooms with windows were comfy, spacious & had decently tasteful decor/design. Just wasn't the tiny & bare minimum feel when u said, I stayed over at Fragrance Hotel. Hotel was tucked into a nice, small & quiet upmarket private housing neighbourhood. Offers the added & appreciated privacy & discretion compared to locations like Lavender, Bugis or Balestier.

Nothing that I didn't like. Just gotta get over the cost of added & appreciated privacy & discretion is not very accessible thru & fro while food delivery remains the only feasible round the clock solution.

Brothel.

Just the location.

People come there to book hourly. Really loud intimate sounds, you feel like in a brothel. The elevator had a toxic smell. I would always wear the mask just to avoid the bacterias. The corridors were also smelly. No sound proof, you will always hear doors smashing. The room was old and dirty an unhygienic, the water from the shower was sinking into the floor, imagine what is underneath. The AC can’t be controlled properly, you would put it in low and in a few minutes the windows will get foggy because it is that cold. The light in the room was really bad.
